BIOGRAFIA

I am a SAFe Strategic Advisor at Scaled Agile, Inc., the leading provider of solutions for business agility. I have over 30 years of experience in strategy, management consulting, and team leadership, working with global clients across various industries and sectors.

I aim to help leadership teams adopt lean and Agile values and practices to drive business agility. I provide recommendations, roadmaps, techniques, and tactical leadership to enable them to deliver value faster, improve quality, increase customer satisfaction, and achieve better business outcomes. I also share my knowledge and insights as a guest teacher at various institutions and events.

I have a postgraduate degree in Advanced IT and Business Management from the University of Wales and an MBA from Ibmec. I am also a Certified SAFe® Practice Consultant and SPCT Candidate. I am passionate about learning and innovation and enjoy traveling and exploring new cultures and perspectives.
